Data Deletion Request

PikaLex does not create user accounts and does not collect child profiles.

Parents or guardians can request deletion of personal information that PikaLex controls by emailing pikalex.app@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Please include enough information for us to understand the request, such as the platform used (Google Play or App Store) and the approximate purchase date if the request relates to a purchase.

Information stored on your device

Local app progress, settings, rewards, word statistics, and daily play limits are stored only on the device. They can be deleted by deleting the app or clearing the app’s data in device settings.

Purchase and subscription records

Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or PikaLex as needed for purchase restoration, subscription management, refunds, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, and support.
