Data Deletion Request
Last updated: July 31, 2026
PikaLex does not create user accounts or child profiles. Learning progress and preferences are stored locally on the device and are not transmitted to us.
Delete information stored on the device
You can remove local settings, progress, stars, and word statistics by deleting the app or clearing its data in device settings. Learning history can also be reset from inside PikaLex.
Request deletion from PikaLex
A parent or guardian may request deletion of personal information controlled by PikaLex by emailing pikalex.app@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant support correspondence. If the request concerns an earlier purchase, you may include the platform and approximate transaction date. Do not include payment card details or unnecessary personal information about a child.
Support correspondence
We will delete support emails and related information we control unless retention is reasonably required to resolve the request, prevent fraud, maintain legal or accounting records, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with applicable law. It is deleted when those purposes no longer apply.
Historical store transaction records
PikaLex version 1.0.66 and some earlier releases offered optional purchases and used RevenueCat. If a valid request concerns information for which we are responsible, we will also take appropriate steps with our service providers. Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat may still have to retain transaction records for refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or support. Records controlled solely by a store are subject to that store’s privacy and support process.
Website analytics
pikalex.com does not create visitor accounts or set analytics cookies. We receive aggregate Cloudflare traffic, security, and performance reports rather than individual visitor profiles, so those aggregate reports generally cannot be linked back to a specific person for deletion.
Other privacy rights
Deletion is not the only available privacy right. Depending on the law and circumstances, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability, or object to processing. See our Privacy Policy for details and our Legal Notice for the controller’s postal and telephone contact information.
